A.3 Preparation of fee receipts and tax invoices.

B. Purposes that did not give rise to the legal relationship:

The purposes mentioned in point B. of this section are not necessary to maintain our legal relationship with you but are important to keep you updated on our services and to monitor and improve their quality. In accordance with the provisions of the LFPD and its Regulations, the Responsible Party guarantees the privacy of the information and will limit its use, storage, and dissemination through its proper physical or electronic safeguarding to meet the objectives established for the processing of Personal Data. Dr. Esmeralda Reyes is the person the Responsible Party has designated as the Personal Data Protection Officer to address your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition) requests and whom you can contact for any questions or requests regarding your personal data at the aforementioned email and phone number.

All your Personal Data is processed in accordance with applicable and current legislation in the country.
